Many of our clients do not require regular "hands on" assistance. Their needs can be handled online, through email, or over the phone. For these types of services, The Butler of Charlotte is now offering Virtual Assistance Services. This service is for the person who needs a limited amount of help and needs a quick turn-around on their request. We can make reservations (travel, dinner - intown or out-of-town, tickets for that special Broadway show), handle online research and orders, make appointments (medical or business), remind you of important dates, and call your next appointment to let them know you have been delayed. Because of the limited scope of these services, they are offered in half-hour increments and billed at $11.00 per half hour. Payment is handled securely with a credit or debit card and can be handled upon the completion of services.
