Q: How did The Butler of Charlotte get started?

A: Our founder, John Crowell, started The Butler of Charlotte to continue a long tradition of service that brought him satisfaction.
Q: What does The Butler of Charlotte really do?

A: The Butler of Charlotte handles the things you either don't have the time to do or would rather hire someone else to do for you. While our range of services is quite extensive, we take pride in our ability to find unique and creative solutions for your personal needs. No task is too large, too small, or too challenging for The Butler of Charlotte.
Q: How big is The Butler?

A: Sounds like a personal question!

The Butler of Charlotte is committed to providing services to the Charlotte community. It is not our desire to grow beyond our ability. We are able to travel and coordinate projects in other cities and are happy to do so.
Q: If I am having a dinner for 50 people, how do you choose the caterer? How do you choose your clients?

A:

Last question first: Our clients pick us. Word-of-mouth referrals over a ten-year period have established our impeccable credentials and our wide range of service experience.

Now for the first question: We are extremely proud of the diversity of our clients and staff, and when choosing professionals we make every attempt to find the perfect fit for both. The Butler of Charlotte also strives to make the right fit when suggesting caterers or any other service providers. We meet with you, listen to and evaluate your needs, and then make our suggestions based on your criteria. Our clients trust our experience and our expertise for both personal and/or corporate needs.

Q: Do you charge for mileage?

A: Typically, no. Our mileage fees are included in your rates for services. If you have a project that requires extra attention, out-of-town travel, or any other atypical needs, we will establish a set figure before beginning your project. Our goal is to provide you service without hidden surprises!

What methods of payment do you accept?



A: You choose to use the services of The Butler of Charlotte in order to make your life less challenging. We believe in simplicity! We accept all major credit cards and can establish an account with you, based on your needs and history with The Butler of Charlotte.
